For example, the media outlet must have been operating for at least two years, have 10,000 papers sold per issue or 100,000 hits per day for online outlets. \u00a0Sixty percent of the publications must be media-related, at the very least, meaning advertising cannot be more than forty percent of the issue or online content. The media outlet\u2019s staff must also produce at least half of the content, meaning most of the content cannot be outsourced to freelancers, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
